In Memory of Cassandra Yazzie-Hotchkiss

All questions can be directed to Sam and Becky Hotchkiss.  We can be reached by filling out the form below.  Any messages for Jason and the kids can be sent through that form as well, they will compiled and sent to Denver every day.

We ask that you please refrain from contacting Jason directly, as he has been overwhelmed with calls and emails, and right now he needs to focus his attentions and efforts on healing his family both physically and emotionally.

Visits
At the current time, only immediate family is being allowed to visit. In a couple weeks, as the kids’ conditions improve, this restriction should be lifted, however, it is the policy of The Children’s Hospital that visitors under age 12 are not allowed. That said, once the kids are moved into less restrictive area of the hospital, I’m sure they would love to have some visitors.

Sending cards and gifts
In their current unit, no flowers are allowed, however, cards, posters, games, and other gifts that can be played with while sitting or lying down would be greatly appreciated. They can be mailed to:
